- All fights consist of two 1-minute rounds on ice
- KO or TKO ends the fight
- Judges score fight if needed (points system)
- MMA style gloves used
- Cruiser | 190 lbs – 205 lbs
- Heavy | 205 lbs – 220 lbs
- Super Heavy 220 lbs+
- No head-butting, kicking, biting
- No pulling hair, kneeing, tripping
- No holding opponents gloves
- Helmets and gloves must stay on on all fights

Kato host Sports Haters on Dish network Saturday night where he pushes the envelope until he gets paper cuts. Discovery ID is where he will be seen next doing “man in the street” segments called Kato’s Korner. Currently, Kato is emcee on the entertainment stage for Wizard World, the largest traveling comic con in America. Kato has appeared in thousands of magazines as well as writing for major publications. Kato’s new podcast ONE DEGREE OF SCANDALOUS will air in June 2022. Co-hosted with Tom Zenner from Fox network.

Mr. John D. Maatta served as the Chief Operating Officer of The CW Tekevision Network (a/k/a The CW Network LLC) at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. since January 24, 2006. Mr. Maatta served as Chief Operating Officer of The WB Television Network since September 2005 and served as its General Counsel. He served as Chief Operating Officer of CW of Viacom, prior to spinning off Viacom and CBS Corporation. He has 25 years of experience. He held the positions of Senior Attorney and Vice President, before he moved to The WB in 1993. He has been Independent Director of Wizard World, Inc. since May 25, 2011. He earned the distinction of being The WB’s very first employee, making many of the initial distribution deals, he has also been in the Warner Bros. family since 1986 when he joined Lorimar Telepictures Corporation; subsequently at Warner Bros. He holds Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of San Francisco and Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of the Law.
